Delivery Charges: Delivery is free to selected areas within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and Melaka. Additional delivery charges will apply for areas outside the covered zones, depending on the distance.

Delivery Period: The standard delivery period is 7 to 14 working days for ready-stock items, and 4 to 8 weeks for custom-made furniture.

Site Access: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the access routes, including doors, lifts, and stairways, are sufficiently wide and accessible for the furniture to be delivered and carried into the premises. We shall not be held responsible if the furniture cannot fit due to insufficient access or space at the buyer's premises.

Warranty Period: Our furniture is covered by a limited warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing-related structural defects, such as broken wooden frames or loose joints.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, scratches, or other damage occurring after the furniture has been received by the buyer.

Deposit Payment: Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a minimum deposit of 30% of the total purchase amount.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon delivery of the furniture.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash, online bank transfer (FPX), and credit/debit cards.

Worth knowing before you order:

• Site Access: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the access routes, including doors, lifts, and stairways, are sufficiently wide and accessible for the furniture to be delivered and carried into the premises. • Natural Characteristics of Materials: Buyers acknowledge that furniture made from genuine wood or genuine leather may have natural variations in color, wood grain, markings, or texture. Such minor variations are considered natural characteristics of the material and shall not be regarded as product defects.

• Damaged Goods: The buyer is required to inspect the condition of the furniture upon delivery. Any physical damage must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel upon receipt for further inspection and replacement arrangements.

• Cancellation of Ready-Stock Items: Cancellation is allowed within 3 days after the order is placed for a full refund.

• Custom-Made Furniture: No cancellation, exchange, or refund will be allowed once the manufacturing process has commenced.
